    Winnie and family,

Although we cannot be in attendance please know you are in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. Rick was truly a memorable person, one whom we will always have fond memories of. One of my favorite memories is seeing you guys pull up outside our home on motorcycles you rode from Indy to the beautiful mountains of Virginia…crazy I’ve always thought to ride that far on a motorcycle but to see the happy, smiling faces made me realize how awesome that must have been.

Hold on to the memories, although he is physically not here you will feel comfort in the fact he is at peace and with so many other wonderful people that have gone on before us. You will remain in our thoughts and prayers and if you ever need a place to get away, our door is always open.

    God bless,

Tonia, Steve, Justin, Joshua, Andrea, Brandon and Anthony

Winnie, I don’t know if you remember me but I stayed with you and your family around 1982 for a few weeks, while I worked at Buffalo Bills. I was just cruising the newspaper website, when I seen Rick’s name. I am so very sorry for your loss. I was glad to read that you were grandparents, and loving ones. I have thought about you all over the years, and now wish the best for all in the coming years. God Bless.
